Why direct billing?

   

   Our clinic can save you the hassle of submitting your own claim by directly billing your insurance company. This means we spare you from the financial burden of having to pay for the visit and wait for reimbursement. 

   

   Below is a list of providers we can directly bill for you. 

 

 

What if my insurance company is not listed?

 

   If your insurance company does not support direct billing, we will provide you with a receipt after payment. You may then submit that to your insurance company. 

 

 

Not sure if you are covered for our services?

 

   If you are not sure what services are covered in your policy you can:

1. Read through your benefits booklet to check your coverage

2. Log in to your insurance company's website to check your coverage

3. Call your insurance company to check your coverage

 

Information you should get from your insurance company:

 

• Is the therapy covered?

• How much coverage do you have per year (dollar amount)?

• What percentage of the fee is covered by the insurance company?
